Company’s policies

1. Overview

The Cloudoora Referral Program (“Program”) offers registered users the opportunity to refer friends, colleagues, or clients and earn rewards for each successful referral. By participating in the Program, you (“Referrer”) agree to these Referral Program Terms, which form part of Cloudoora’s Universal Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You may earn up to 20% commission from each qualified referee’s first purchase, and the referee will receive a discount of up to 20%. Cloudoora’s decisions regarding referral qualifications and reward eligibility are final and binding.

This Program is separate from any other promotional or affiliate campaigns and may not be combined with other Cloudoora incentives on the same purchase.

2. Eligibility and Program Scope

The Cloudoora Referral Program began in 2022. Referrals made before this date are not eligible.

Only users with an active Cloudoora account may participate.

The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use and may not be used to solicit from unknown individuals or the public in a spam-like fashion.

3. How to Participate

To send a referral:

  • Sign in to your Cloudoora account.
  • Navigate to the “Refer and Earn” section.
  • Share your unique referral link via email or social media.

Note: If your account has no referral activity for six (6) months, it will be automatically removed from the Program. You can rejoin at any time.

4. Referral Qualification Criteria

For a referral to be deemed successful and eligible for commission:

  • The referee must click the referral link.
  • The referee must purchase an eligible Cloudoora service, such as Shared Hosting, VPS, or Cloudoora Email plans of 12 months or more.
  • The referee must not refund the purchase and remain an active user for at least 45 days.

Domains and domain-related products are excluded from commission eligibility.

Commissions are granted for the first purchase of each eligible product type per referee.

Repeated purchases by the same referee do not earn additional commissions.

5. Referral Status Tracking

You can track your referrals as follows:

  • Log in to your Cloudoora account.
  • Go to “Refer and Earn” → “My Referrals”.
  • View the status of each referral:
    • Pending – The referee has not completed a purchase.
    • Qualified – The referee made an eligible purchase.
    • Declined – The referee refunded the purchase, bought an ineligible product, or was not a new user.
    • Approved – Your commission has been credited.

Note: Referral commissions older than 2 years that remain unclaimed will be automatically removed.

6. Payout Rules & Payment Methods

You may receive your reward via:

  • PayPal – After reaching $50 USD
  • Bank/Wire Transfer – After reaching $200 USD
  • Cloudoora Balance – After reaching $30 USD (immediate automatic credit)

To select or change your payment method:

  • Sign in to your Cloudoora account.
  • Navigate to “Refer and Earn” → “My Referrals”.
  • Choose your payout option and enter necessary account information.

Important Notes:

  • Cloudoora Balance payouts are immediate and non-reversible once the threshold is met.
  • PayPal payouts are processed daily after 09:00 UTC. PayPal may decline payments due to compliance or recipient settings.
  • Wire transfers are processed weekly (every Thursday). Delays may occur due to international banking systems.
  • Some banks may apply transfer fees or exchange rate adjustments. Cloudoora is not responsible for such deductions.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Share referral links via mass messaging, spam, bots, or automated systems.
  • Promote on commercial websites, blogs, or YouTube channels.
  • Use paid advertising, including PPC campaigns, using the “Cloudoora” name, variations, or misspellings.
  • Use the Cloudoora domain in ad display URLs.
  • Direct-link or redirect ads to Cloudoora websites.

Cloudoora reserves the right to suspend or terminate referral privileges if it determines, at its sole discretion, that there is abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

8. Cancellation & Fraud

Cloudoora may pause, modify, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, for any reason. Rewards may be canceled in cases including (but not limited to):

  • The referred user made a fraudulent order
  • Cloudoora could not collect payment
  • Referrer or referee violated these Referral Terms or the Terms of Service

9. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from or related to the Referral Program will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cloudoora Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
