What does white-label reseller hosting mean?
Your clients see your brand, not Cloudoora's. Their domains use private name servers on your domain, and you bill them yourself.
How many clients can I host?
It depends on the plan's cPanel accounts: 5 on Starter RH 10GB, 10 on Starter RH 20GB and 25 on Starter RH 40 GB. Each client usually needs one account, and all accounts share the plan's storage.
Do I get WHM access?
Yes. Every plan includes WHM reseller access to create and manage your client cPanel accounts. It covers the accounts in your plan only and does not include root access to the server.
Is WHMCS included?
No. WHMCS is not included with Cloudoora reseller hosting; you can invoice clients with your own billing tools.
Can I use my own name servers?
Yes. Private name servers are included on every plan, so client domains can point to name servers on your own domain.
Are backups included?
Each plan includes extra backup space equal to its storage: 10 GB, 20 GB or 40 GB. This is storage set aside for backups, not a backup schedule, so plan how and when you back up your clients' sites.
